A system ticket refers to a ticket that is subject to the Civil Aviation Law and is sold at a floating rate. System flights are offered at a price approved by the airline. You can change or cancel these tickets, depending on the terms and conditions of the airline, within certain time periods before the flight. Requests for cancellation of system tickets by the passenger, in accordance with the Civil Aviation Law, include a cancellation penalty. The amount of this penalty varies according to the Civil Aviation Organization and airline rules. After the passenger requests a refund, the cancellation penalty and the amount of the transfer fee are deducted from the ticket price and the remaining amount is returned to the passenger's account. This does not apply to non-refundable flights. The refund period is subject to interbank regulations (up to 72 business hours).

Charter tickets are tickets whose rates are determined by chartering agencies and whose refund is not subject to the rules of the Civil Aviation Organization. Charter tickets are tickets in which a company or agency has purchased several seats from an airline and sells them at its own price. Therefore, the price of these flights varies in different situations and changes depending on the approach to the travel date and other factors. Given that charter flights are provided to our company for sale on a quota basis, the rules and regulations of this category of tickets need to be followed depending on the time of cancellation request and may be refundable with a percentage penalty or completely non-refundable and subject to any changes.

Their seats are more comfortable and they can use facilities such as a TV, laptop, food menu, etc. Passengers with first class tickets board the plane later than other passengers and disembark earlier than others. The price of first class tickets is higher than other flight classes. Passengers on commercial flights sit in the front rows of the plane and have more comfortable seats and can choose their food from a menu. These passengers have priority over other passengers in boarding and disembarking. Passengers who choose economy class when purchasing a plane ticket pay less for their ticket and, of course, do not benefit from facilities such as first and business class.
